Every Tuesday, the salon is closed to the public and Annette provides services for her celebrity clients. Tuesday at Max Salon includes a complimentary back and neck massage, wine and cheese, manicure, pedicure and even make up classes. Annette believes that special clients deserve special treatment. Annette does not complain about pampering her clients. She thinks that they should be pampered. As a matter of fact, she trains her stylists to pamper and please. Yes, there is a business that believes the customer is always right!
Max Salon caters to celebrities like the Denver Broncos, Colorado Rockies, Denver Nuggets, and politicians throughout the state. Annette remembers when the National Conference of Mayors held its convention in Denver. Several mayors from across the country needed their hair done in a hurry and Max Salon delivered fast quality service. Speaking of celebrities, Annette was asked the question of who was the most outstanding celebrity that she had ever done. She said it was a white horse called Thunder the Bronco. She said she had to laugh when she was asked to do it but she was thrilled to do it even if it was a moving client.
